![]() ![]() The three-level open parking structure is made of precast concrete with concrete spread footing foundations. ![]() This stair features glass on all sides for high visibility and security with a wraparound stair and elevator. The garage features a large glass and brick stair-elevator tower that was designed as an architectural focal point for its users. ![]() O&S also provided construction management services as well as architectural and structural design for a 500-space, three-level open parking structure. Along with the restorations of the façade, O&S installed a new roof. Restoration of the building included replacing three-brick wythe clad on columns and beams, along with the replacement of window sills and embedding new windows. The building consists of concrete framing, clad with brick and industrial windows with cast-in-plate concrete. O&S performed a survey of the building’s exterior using swing stages and developed a repair program for the façade. In 1897, the General Electric Company built the landmark six-story warehouse that Prism has redeveloped into 361 loft-style apartments and 170 new townhomes. ![]()
